Stephen is very experienced in bringing personal injury claims involving amputation, head injury, medical retirement, catastrophic and fatal injuries.

Additional experience includes negligence claims arising from failed personal injury claims by other solicitors.

Background:

After qualification Stephen worked as a defendant personal injury solicitor for 2 years and undertook work on behalf of insurers and Lloyds syndicates.

Subsequently he represented members of unions, membership organisations and the Police Federation before joining Clarke Willmott in 2004.
