Martin is a partner and Head of Personal Injury and Head of Motorcycle Claims at the Bristol offices of Clarke Willmott, a firm rated as No 1 in the South West by Legal 500 for Personal injury work.
He is particularly experienced in dealing with brain injury claims on behalf of those injured on the roads, especially motorcyclists and the particular problems that arise in brain injury caused to children.
Martin is Chairman of Headway Somerset Charity that provides services for those who have suffered brain injury.
Martin holds senior litigator status with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, is a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel and is accredited with both Headway- the Brain injury Association and The Spinal Injury Association for the provision of legal services
Martin also holds the position of Deputy (formerly Receiver) and is experienced in managing the financial affairs of those who lack capacity and in dealing with the Court of Protection.
